A serial theft suspect in Toms River was arrested for the second time in about two months, authorities said. Kristopher Fudali of Toms River was arrested on Wednesday, July 24, Toms River police Chief Mitchell Little said in a news release. Fudali's age was not mentioned. A driver was given a summons for careless driving after their vehicle overturned in Montgomery Township on Thursday, July 18, authorities said.
