Irvington Man Trespassed At Daycare Center With Drug Paraphernalia: Hoboken PD An Irvington man was arrested and charged with trespassing at a daycare center in Hoboken on Wednesday, Oct. 30, authorities said. At 11:45 a.m., officers were alerted that a man, later identified as Kevin Nguyen, had gotten into the playground area of a nearby daycare and was attempting to get inside the building, Hoboken police said.  Officers recognized the suspect as Nguyen, and school employees told officers he’d trespassed on school property before, police said.
