Reality TV star and business mogul Kim Kardashian is facing a lawsuit over allegations that she falsely identified a New York man as a convicted murderer on Instagram, causing him serious emotional distress. Gov. Phil Murphy celebrated Juneteenth by announcing a historic initiative in an effort to improve racial justice in New Jersey.
