Driver Held For Extradition To NJ After Crash-Filled Pursuit From Bergen Ends In Westchester UPDATE: A Connecticut driver who authorities said led officers and troopers on a high-speed chase from Bergen to Westchester counties – ramming police cars from both states along the way -- remained jailed Monday pending extradition to New Jersey. Mahwah police initially began chasing an Acura MDX driven by Henry L. Cofrancesco Jr., 51, of Hamden, CT, on southbound Route 287 last Thursday afternoon.
