Body Of Missing NJ Boater Recovered From Sandy Hook Bay The body of a New Jersey boater who went missing earlier this month has been recovered, authorities said. Richard O'Day, a 54-year-old father of three from Rumson, took his Grady White Freedom out from a private dock on Polly's Pond on May 1, according to Rumson police. It was the first time he'd had the 27-footer on the water since putting it into winter storage, family members said.
