Anyelo Jimenez-Marte committed sex crimes on the girl, who was between 14 and 15 years old on various dates in a Secaucus apartment, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The girl was known to Jiminez-Marte, Suarez said.
Jiminez-Marte was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, Suarez said. He is being detained at the Hudson County Correctional Facility, pending an arraignment, Suarez said.
