At 12:35 p.m., an adult woman said the man made the comment to her while she was sitting in her car while parked in the junior parking lot, Hackettstown police said in a release. The woman began to yell and scream and he fled the area, police said. The 16-year-old boy is accused of stealing credit cards and several other items from a car on the 200 block of East Baldwin Street around 10 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2020, Hackettstown Police said.
