The two-alarm, 6:30 p.m. Sunday blaze on Old Farms Road posed an "additional hazard of ammunition exploding due to the heat of the flames," according to Waldwick firefighters, who were among the mutual aid responders. Driver Hospitalized In Route 17 Rollover A 21-year-old driver from Maywood was hospitalized with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening following a rollover crash Wednesday morning on rain-slicked Route 17 in Waldwick. His Honda Civic was headed north on the highway when it hit a pothole, hydroplaned into the center median and overturned near Grove Street around 9 a.m., Waldwick Police Lt. Thomas Dowling said.
