Two suspects were jailed after pointing a handgun at a pair of cyclists in Warren County, police said.
Police responding to a May 13 report of a handgun being flashed and pointed at two cyclists on River Road in Pohatcong Township conducted a felony traffic stop on the suspect vehicle, a 4-door BMW with a Pennsylvania registration.
Zachary Miller, of Stroudsburg, PA, and Zackaree Talbert, of Phillipsburg, were detained while a handgun was recovered from under the driver’s seat during a search, police said.

A Pennsylvania man was drunk when he sped away from police, abandoned his car at a Warren County apartment complex and fled on foot, authorities said.
Kenneth A. Walker, 30, was pulled over for driving erratically in the parking lot of Coordinated Health on Red School Lane in Phillipsburg around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Lopatcong Township Police said.
During questioning, Walker was showing clear signs of intoxication but sped away from officers who asked for identifying information, police said.

Prosecutor: Former NJ Man, 48, Repeatedly Raped Child For More Than 3 Years
A man who formerly resided in Warren County was charged with raping a child numerous times over the course of several years, authorities said.
Barry F. Miller, 48, was in Phillipsburg when he performed “multiple acts of sexual penetration, specifically oral, and anal penetration,” as well as other sexual contact on a child, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said in a Tuesday release.
The abuse, which occurred between 1995 and 1998, began when the child was under 13 and continued into their teenage years, Pfeiffer said.
