Four Camden County men were arrested after a road rage incident prompted a fight in the street with weapons, authorities said. On Thursday, Feb. 29, shortly after 2 p.m., a detective with the Gloucester Township Police Department was traveling on Blackwood Clementon Road by Emerson Drive when he observed a Voorhees Police Officer (K9) stopped in the roadway with his emergency vehicle lights activated giving orders to four men to get on the ground. NJ Man, 68, Gets 6½ Years For Child Porn That Included Dog Fellatio, Infant Penetration
A South Jersey man who was caught with more than 27,000 mostly horrific images of child porn -- including a toddler “engaged in fellatio” with a dog and penetration of months-old babies -- must spend the next 6½ years in federal prison. Bruce Makley, 68, of Voorhees, must serve out just about all of the plea-bargained sentence because there’s no parole in the federal prison system. Prosecutor: Speeding Caused Fatal Camden Wreck
Authorities have concluded that excessive speed caused a fatal car wreck that killed a 62-year-old South Jersey woman last fall. Ryan Aspinall, 21, of Voorhees, has been charged with second-degree death by auto, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Voorhees Police Chief Louis Bordi. Officers responded to the intersection of Evesham Road and Acadia Drive about 3 p.m. on Nov. 16, 2020 on a report of a two-vehicle crash.
