Atlantic City Man Arrested In Race-Motivated Stabbing: Police
Atlantic City police arrested a 38-year-old man for attempted murder after he allegedly stabbed a man in an unprovoked attack. On Monday, July 3, at 6:16 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 1600 block of Adriatic Avenue in reference to a man stabbed. Officer Zayon Pitts arrived and observed the victim, 18, of Egg Harbor Township, bleeding from his neck. Pitts rendered aid while awaiting medical personnel. Fugitive Wanted In Shooting Nabbed In Atlantic City
A 19-year-old man wanted in a July shooting was arrested in Atlantic City, authorities said. On Wednesday, Sept. 14, Atlantic City Police Officer Latray Butcher was working a fixed traffic post at the intersection of Texas and Atlantic Avenues when he observed Wesley Briscoe walking eastbound on Atlantic Avenue. Butcher recognized Briscoe as a man that was wanted for a July shooting and broadcasted Briscoe’s direction to responding units via police radio. Atlantic City Man, 25, Arrested In Ex-Girlfriend's Stabbing
A 25-year-old man from Atlantic City has been arrested in connection with a near fatal attack on his ex-girlfriend, authorities said. The man was arrested late Friday after breaking into a residence and stabbing the woman as well as a man inside, Atlantic City police said. At 11:02 pm, patrol officers responded to the 600 block of Virginia Avenue for a report of multiple people stabbed.
