US Marshals Nab Accused Gunman In Trenton Homicide A 36-year-old man was arrested by members of the US Marshals in connection with a deadly Trenton shooting, authorities announced. The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office filed a motion to detain Matthew Tanner, 36, pending trial, Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said. Tanner is accused of shooting Daquan Basnight on the 800 block of Stuyvesant Avenue around 12:20 a.m. on Aug. 1, Onofri said.
