2 Crashes Jam New Jersey Highways
Two separate crashes were causing delays on New Jersey highways Thursday afternoon, Oct. 17. The NJDOT site shows a vehicle overturned on Route 130 in Hamilton Township (Mercer County) in the northbound lanes around 2 p.m. It happened north of I-195 and closed one right lane. Then, on Route 295, a crash took out two right lanes in the northbound lanes south of Exit 40 in Mount Laurel. Delays between 10 and 20 minutes were reported for each.

Rescue vehicles were called to the southbound side of Route 295 on Monday afternoon, Nov. 20 for an overturned truck in Camden County. The crash near Exit 28 left one person injured around 1:30 p.m., in Haddon Heights, according to the NJDOT website. Fifteen minutes delays were being reported.

Man Arrested For DUI Suffers Medical Episode, Dies In Bathroom Of NJ State Police Station
A driver who'd just been released following his arrest for being under the influence was found dead in a restroom at a New Jersey State Police barracks off Route 295, authorities said. Because the death of the as-yet unidentified defendant followed an encounter with law enforcement, New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin's staff is required to review it under state law. A Trenton woman who cruelly forced an underage girl into prostitution must spend at least 20 years in state prison before she’ll be eligible for parole. Superior Court Judge Darlene J. Pereksta on Thursday sentenced Ashley Gardener, 32, for a series of jury convictions for human trafficking, promoting prostitution and child endangerment, among other crimes. Pereksta sentenced Gardener to 50 years altogether, 40% of which she must serve before she can seek a parole hearing.
