Feds: Armed NJ Ex-Con Gets 9 Years, No Parole, For Threatening To Kill Woman A Trenton ex-con who'd been free all of a month when he threatened a woman with a gun -- after serving time in connection with a killing -- is headed to federal prison for nine years. Omar Kennedy, 40, must serve out just about all of the sentence because there's no parole in the federal prison system.
