Authorities ID Man, 20, Killed In Lakewood Drive-By Shooting Authorities have identified the 20-year-old man killed during a drive-by shooting on Sunday night in Ocean County. At about 7:40 p.m, Lakewood police responded to reports of shots fired at 166 Tudor Court, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Lakewood Township Police Chief Gregory Meyer. A 9-1-1 caller said that a man had collapsed in the middle of the road, Billhimer and Meyer said.
