Bloomfield Native, Corrections Officer Yuda Sunarno Dies, 43
Yuda Sunarno, a 43-year-old Oak Ridge resident and Passaic County corrections officer died on Sunday, Feb. 2, according to his obituary from the Vander May Funeral Home.
A football player at Bloomfield High School, Sunaro later graduated from Montclair State University, his obituary reads.
Initially beginning his career working at Aeropostale, Sunaro later applied to the Passaic County Sherriff's Office, working as a corrections officer for more than 10 years at Grand Street Jail in Paterson, according to his obituary.

Nutley Wrestling Community Embraces High School Grappler After Dad Marc DellaVolpe's Death
Nutley's wrestling community is mourning the loss of Marc DellaVolpe, who is being widely remembered as one of the most passionate, supportive, and knowledgeable parents on the sidelines.
DellaVolpe, 47, of Nutley, died unexpectedly on Thursday, Oct. 17.
"He was very supportive of his son, Louis, and traveled all over the place [for his matches]," said 10-year Nutley youth wrestling coach Michael Blanchard.

Bayonne Sports Icon Marty Reed Dies At 76
Marty Reed, a beloved institution in youth sports in Bayonne, died on Saturday, June 15, at the age of 76, according to his obituary on the Sweeney Funeral Home website.
Reed was involved in youth sports for more than 60 years and was a "walking encyclopedia" who remembered every player from Little League and PAL basketball, going back to the 60s, his obituary reads.
He was a regular fixture at Little League games, working the scoreboard and telling stories, and at PAL basketball games, he always greeted people as they arrived, according to his obituary.
