The PGA Championship is halfway over, and so is what may have been the longest, most chaotic day in Scottie Scheffler's career. Scottie Scheffler, the No. 1 golfer in the world and a Bergen County native, has been charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer just before the second round of the PGA Championship, court records show.
