Ohio Felon Convicted In 2021 Killing At South Jersey Apartment Complex, Prosecutors Say A Columbus, Ohio, man was convicted of killing another man at a Millville apartment complex, authorities said. A jury found 33-year-old Darryl Wallace guilty on Tuesday, Oct. 8 of first-degree murder, second-degree possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, and second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said in a news release.
