Ramapo Police Seek Wanted Male On Criminal Trespass Charge MONSEY, N.Y. — An active bench warrant has Ramapo police searching for a man charged with third-degree criminal trespass in Monsey more than 3 1/2 years ago.Nazariy Batsyk was charged with the crime on Nov. 12, 2012, for allegedly trespassing at Elmwood Elementary School with a pellet pistol in his possession. Batsyk is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed 228 pounds at the time of the arrest. The active bench warrant is to return Batsyk to Ramapo Town Court.

She is the daughter of the late James and the late Mary (Cleary) Moriarty.  Born in New York City, Harnan was employed by Rockland Psychiatric Center in Orangeburg as a registered nurse.  Harnan is survived by her two sons, Charles and James Harnan; two brothers, James and Robert Moriarty; and two grandchildren.  Harnan was predeceased by her husband, Charles.
