YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 45-year-old Yorktown man was arrested and charged after he allegedly threatened someone with a firearm, Yorktown Police said.
Joseph Porticelli was charged with menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor after police arrested him in Cortlandt Manor and transferred him to headquarters.
He was released on $200 bail and a temporary order of protection was issued for the victim. He is due back in court on June 6.
