Yorktown Man, 56, Charged After Allegedly Violating Order Of Protection

YORKTOWN, NY -- Frank Tasson, 56, of Yorktown was recently charged after allegedly violating order of protection. He is being charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, which is a class A misdemeanor.

Officers Brian Nicholson and Kenneth Sgroi were dispatched to a female resident of Garden Lane on Sept.15 at 8:31 p.m. 

The officers followed an investigation which led to the arrest of Frank Tasson.

Tasson allegedly harassed the female resident of Garden Lane earlier in the day. This violated a Temporary Order of Protection.
