Woman Charged With Shoplifting $398 In Merchandise At Yorktown Macy's

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Vasiliki Roumeliotis, a 64-year-old Mahopac resident, has been charged with petty larceny after allegedly shoplifting $398 worth of merchandise from Macy’s on Sunday, according to a report by Yorktown police.

Police said they responded to Macy’s on a shoplifting complaint and, subsequent to an investigation, it's alleged that  Roumeliotis stole two North Face jackets valued at $398.00, according to police.

Roumeliotis was processed at Yorktown police headquarters and released on $50 cash bail. She is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, Jan. 22 at 6 p.m.
