YORKTOWN, N. Y. -- A 19-year-old Mohegan Lake man is facing a criminal contempt charge following a Tuesday, April 19, complaint that he was communicating and harassing someone protected by court order, Yorktown police said.
Jeffrey D. Eagan is charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, after a Yorktown police investigation into a domestic incident, police said. He's due back in court on May 3 in Yorktown to answer the charge, police said.
Yorktown police said they received a complaint that he was communicating with someone who had an order of protection through the Yorktown Criminal Court.
