YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a Hopewell Junction man on a driving while intoxicated charge on the Taconic State Parkway in Yorktown on Thursday.
State Police responded to a report of a disabled vehicle and Anthony Rivera, 44, was arrested after an investigation, according to a State Police statement.
He is due to appear in Yorktown Court on Nov. 7, the statement said.
