Crompond Crossing is made up of 26 newly constructed, affirmatively marketed fair and affordable townhomes.  Each unit is approximately 1,320-square-feet and has three bedrooms and two and ½ baths. The development is located on Crompond Road in Yorktown with homes situated along Route 35/202 on the Bee-Line bus route.

Each Yorktown unit has its own entrance and attic storage.  The first floor has a great room, kitchen that includes Energy Star appliances, dining room, a ½ bath and some have a den.  The second floor includes three bedrooms and two full baths.  Townhouses include a HVAC system and on-site parking.

In Ossining, the Spring Street apartment complex is a six-unit apartment building, located at 223-225 Spring St. in the Village of Ossining,. The units, which have been fully renovated, include two studios with an average of 470 square feet, two one-bedroom appartments averaging 611 square feet and two two-bedroom apartments which average 796 square feet in size.

TB Flats consist of one- and two-bedroom units, including two duplex units.  Each unit’s floor plan is unique and affordable prices depend on the type of model.  There are currently only two units available for purchase -- a one-bedroom and two-bedroom (non-duplex), according to county officials.

Grants are available for eligible first-time TB Flats homebuyers. The property must remain affordable for a minimum of 40 years.

To qualify for an affordable housing unit, household income must be at or below 80 percent of the area median income for Westchester County.

Further details and applications are available on the county website.
