Yorktown's Hilltop Hanover Farms Has Busy Weekend Schedule

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown's Hilltop Hanover Farms is hosting several events for the whole family Friday and Saturday.

Hilltop Hanover Farms's weekly farm stand is open from 1-6 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays.. All produce is grown on the farm without the use of pesticides, synthesized fertilizers or herbicides.

On Saturdays, you can pick your own vegetables, herbs and flowers at the farm, weather permitting.

This Saturday, you can learn the value of saving your seeds for next year’s crops with horticulturalist Shanyn Siegel at the farm's Barn F. Tickets for the event cost $20 for adults and $5 for children ages 8-12.
