Hudson Valley Man Arrested Twice In One Day
Monroe Police arrested a man twice in one day after he assaulted his wife during a domestic dispute and then violated a protective order. Odi Gil-Aguilar, 30, of Monroe, was arrested on Thursday, May 10, after officers responded to a home for a report of domestic violence taking place, police said. When officers arrived they found Gil Aguilar assaulting his wife and arrested him. An investigation into the attack found that he had bitten and punches his wife several times that day and physically prevented her from leaving the home, all while their 2-year-old child was present, police said. …

An allegedly intoxicated man is facing a criminal charge in Yorktown following an early morning domestic incident where he allegedly violated an Order of Protection by drinking, police said. Father Charged With Beating 5-Month-Old Who's Hospitalized In Westchester
A man is behind bars for beating a 5-month-old baby, breaking ribs and causing a skull fracture, according to the Spring Valley Police Department. Jonathan Castillo was arrested after Child Protective Services were notified by officials at Westchester Medical Center that the child had been admitted with serious injuries, Spring Valley Police Officer Matthew Gail said. A joint investigation by the police department and protective services was initiated and ended with the arrest of Castillo, said Gail. A man is facing drug charges after being involved in a one-vehicle crash on I-87 in New Rochelle on Monday morning.
