YONKERS, N.Y. -- Victor Sime, a 22-year-old Yonkers resident, has been charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree after allegedly being in possession of two stolen license plates on Wednesday, according to New York state police.
Sime was processed at the State Police barracks in Tarrytown and was charged. He was released an appearance ticket returnable to the city of Yonkers on June 11 at 9:30 a.m.
