YONKERS, N.Y. – A Yonkers man was arrested Friday and charged with second-degree murder in the death of a man found in Ossining in August, News 12 Westchester reports.
Joaquin Recinos-Garcia, 27, is accused of shooting and stabbing Luis Blanco, 62, of Yonkers on Aug. 20 over a debt owed by Recinos-Garcia, then leaving his body off Route 133 in Ossining, according to the report.
