Celebrate 'Last Blast Of Summer' Event With The Armonk Chamber

ARMONK, N.Y. -- The Armonk Chamber of Commerce will be holding its "Last Blast of Summer" on Thursday, Sept. 3, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. in downtown Armonk.

You must show the event flier or mention "First Thursday" to get the special promotion.

There will be music in and around Armonk Square, including student band Worldwide from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Willfull Misconduct, a rock and blues band from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Armonk Wines: Live Cello serenade and cider tasting.

Local artists will display and sell their work at Armonk Wines and Framings. Other promotions include a free slice of Romana pizza at the grand opening of Pazzi Pizza and Trattori, a $3 yogurt with topping at Beascakes, $75 off a pair of prescription glasses at Eye Designs and more.

There will be free raffles, activities and free offers, including College Planning of Westchester, where free PSAT, SAT or ACT practice tests will be offered.

In case of rain, outdoor entertainment will be cancelled but in-store promotions will still apply.
