Stepinac Student, Mount Vernon Native's Poem Published Nationally

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Jayden Fairclough of Mount Vernon, a senior at Archbishop Stepinac High School, White Plains, was notified recently that his poem 'Barack' will be published in the America Library of Poetry ‘s 2015 compendium.

Entitled “Eloquence,” the anthology comprising poems by students from across the country will be published in the fall.

Acclaimed poet Billy Collins, who is a former U.S. Poet Laureate, counts among Stepinac's distinguished alumni.
