Pedestrian Struck, Airlifted In Route 40 South Jersey Crash

A pedestrian was struck by a car in Atlantic County, authorities said.

The crash occurred shortly before 7 a.m. at Route 40 and Cantillon Boulevard in Hamilton, initial report said.

A medevac helicopter was called to airlift the victim, according to an unconfirmed report.

The condition of the patient was not immediately reported
