Vincenza Scoca, 91, Lifelong White Plains Resident

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Vincenza (Vee) Scoca, a lifelong resident of White Plains, died Aug.10. She was 91.

Scoca was born April 10, 1922, in Dobbs Ferry to Vito and Margherita Russo.

Scoca is survived by her husband, Edward Scoca Sr.; daughter, Margaret Scoca Capriolo; son, Edward Jr. (Linda); three grandchildren; sisters, Michelina Rabasco and Jane Ciaramella; brother, Daniel Russo; many nieces, nephews; cousins; and friends.. She was predeceased by her parents and brother, Michael Russo.

Calling hours are Monday, Aug.12 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, Aug.13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14 at St. Pius X Church. The interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity and also to visit her husband, Edward, at the Center for Skilled Nursing in White Plains.
