Montrose joins CUC from the First Unitarian Society in Newton, Mass., and before that from the Unitarian Church in Westport, Conn. He is dedicated to excellence in liberal religious education and has been active in environmental protection, racial justice and community organizing.
“We are really excited to bring someone of Perry’s caliber to lead our religious education program," said CUC search committee chair Joe Magnus.
Montrose looks forward to supporting the life journey of each child, youth and adult. He is also attracted to the work environment that the building and grounds offer.
