Alert Issued For Missing Westchester Woman

A 57-year-old Westchester woman has gone missing and authorities are asking for the public's help in locating her.

Alita Cornelius was last seen on Greenvale Avenue in Yonkers at 11 a.m. on Sunday, June 9.

She suffers from seizures/disorientation and may be in need of medical attention, the Yonkers Police Department said.

She was last seen wearing gray slacks, a red and black top, and a yellow and black checkered hat.

Anyone with information about the current whereabouts of Alita Cornelius is requested to contact the Yonkers Police Department at (914) 377-7900; emergencies dial 911.
