White Plains Student Participates In Hofstra Peer Program

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Ortal Weinberg of White Plains participated in Hofstra University's prestigious peer educator program during the spring 2013 semester.

Ortal was a peer educator in elementary Hebrew, lecturing, tutoring, leading class discussions and supervising student work. Only Hofstra's top undergraduate students are eligible to participate in the peer educator program.

Weinberg was also named to the Hofstra Dean's List and graduated with a degree in psychology this past semester.
