Pop Open Some Bubbly For National Champagne Day, White Plains

Why wait until midnight to have a few sips of the bubbly stuff? Aside from being New Year's Eve, Thursday, Dec. 31 is also National Champagne Day.

True champagne originates from the Champagne region in France, but you can find suitable versions from other areas including Italy, and California.

So before you toast to 2016, make sure to raise a glass to National Champagne Day as well.
