Join the Saw Mill River Coalition for their 7th annual Great Saw Mill River Cleanup on Saturday, April 16, and make a difference in making the streets, parks and streams in the Hudson Valley sparkling clean for all to enjoy.
The organization is looking for individual and team volunteers, sponsorships, donations, and organizations interested in hosting a site. Be part of the group of volunteers (families, civic and youth groups, businesses) to join or lead cleanup crews, bagging tons of trash from streets, parks and streams, and connecting with neighbors and the outdoors. We will be cleaning up garbage and clearing invasive vines.
What to Bring:
Wear sturdy shoes (NO FLIP-FLOPS!), wear long pants, bring gloves if you have them. Bring water. The coalition will have equipment, trash bags, gloves, and snacks.
