WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Want to learn more about Islam and its traditions? Turkish Cultural Center Westchester in Elmsford will have an hour-long "Get To Know Ramadan" talk with Yasser Alsafadi, imam of Upper Westchester Muslim Society at White Plains Library on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
The Muslim holiday of Ramadan runs from June 18 to July 16 this year.
