A stretch of I-84 has reopened after a tractor-trailer fire caused its closure.
The westbound lanes were shut down in Northern Fairfield County between Exits 5 and 4 in Danbury early Friday afternoon, July 17.
Eastbound traffic in the area was stop-and-go due to rubbernecking delays.
