Sparrowbush Man Attempted To Sell Crack In Port Jervis, Police Say

PORT JERVIS, N.Y. – A Sparrowbush man is facing several drug charges after attempting to sell crack in Port Jervis, authorities said.

Rey Colon, 50, was arrested and charged on Thursday uring a surveillance operation, Port Jervis Police said. 

Colon is charged with:

  • Three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
  • fifth-degree criminal possession.

Colon was arraigned in city court and taken to Orange County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
