There have been reports of an officer-involved shooting following a carjacking in the Norwalk area.
Early Wednesday evening, Jan. 15, troopers out of Troop G-Bridgeport received reports of the incident, state police said.
Troopers were able to locate the accused vehicle which engaged responding officers in a pursuit into the city of West Haven.
Further details regarding this incident will be released once more information becomes available, state police said.
