Pocantico Hills Schools To Open Monday

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – The Pocantico Hills Central School District will open on Monday.

School officials made the announcement Sunday in a posting on the district website.

Pocantico Hills remained closed last week, in part due to dangerous road conditions caused by Hurricane Sandy.

School officials said Friday power had been restored but the district could not provide transportation to either the elementary or high schools due to the road conditions.
