SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- Westchester County Police have charged a Sleepy Hollow man in connection to a hit-and-run accident on the Bear Mountain Parkway on Sunday, Dec. 22, according to Patch.com.
The 24-year-old suspect allegedly hit another vehicle near Locust Avenue and fled the scene. The 49-year-old driver of the other vehicle was seriously injured, Patch.com reported.
The suspect turned himself in hours later and was released on $1,000 bail, according to Patch.com.
