TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- A new Tappan Zee bridge is almost halfway finished, according to News 12 Westchester.
Work on steel girders and concrete supports continues and the main towers are also beginning to be worked on, reported News 12 Westchester.
Weather permitting, work on the bridge will continue into December, reported News 12 Westchester.
