Pelham Art Center To Debut Winter Classes

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Pelham Art Center will debut several classes for children, teens, and adults this winter.

The adult classes include Designing and Painting on Glass and Drawing and Painting. A Creative Writing class is also being held for both children and adults.

Among the offerings for children are Young Engineers, Coding from Scratch, and Create Your Own Book. Students looking to build their portfolios for college can participate in High School Figure Drawing.

In addition to the semester-long classes, running from Jan. 11 to Mar. 19, the Art Center will host afternoon workshops including Mask Making (Jan. 30), Winter Gardens (Feb. 27), and Reversed Glass Painting (Mar. 5).

Registration is now open. Need-based scholarships are available to all students who qualify.
