A two-alarm fire broke out at Excelsior Cleaners on Boston Post Road in Larchmont at approximately 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 19. The fire quickly spread through the shopping center, damaging several adjoining buildings, including a CVS, which suffered flood damage.

In response, CVS announced it will be opening up a fully-staffed, mobile pharmacy in front of the store at 1310 Boston Post Road in Larchmont. The pharmacy is expected to be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays. It will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

A spokesperson for the store said that “the new mobile pharmacy, located right in front of the store, is fully staffed to meet the community's prescription and pharmacy care needs.”
