Two women allegedly stole hundreds of dollars in items from a Long Island mall, Suffolk County Police investigators said.

An alert was issued by Suffolk County Crime Stoppers for two women who stole a Saint Laurent purse from Saks 5th Avenue at the Walt Whitman Shops.

Police said the purse was stolen at approximately 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12 and had a value of approximately $1,650. The pair then fled in a black Mercedes.

Anyone with information regarding the incident, or who recognizes either of the suspects has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS.
