Video: Man Wanted For Kicking In Door Of Long Island Business

A man is wanted on Long Island after he was caught on camera destroying the front door of a business on a busy roadway in the middle of the night.

The Nassau County Police Department released a video of a criminal mischief incident that took place at 12:50 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8 when a man was caught on camera repeatedly kicking in a glass door on Jackson Street in Hempstead.

In the video, the man can be seen kicking the door nearly a dozen times, falling on the ground midway through, before finally shattering the door and walking away without entering the building.

Detectives said at the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a white t-shirt, dark-colored pants, and white sneakers. Investigators provided no other information about the suspect or incident.
