A Long Island roadway has reopened after a cement truck overturned spilling fluids.

The single-vehicle crash took place around 11:10 a.m., Monday, March 2, on Sheridan Boulevard, in Inwood, said the Nassau County Police.

The crash dumped cement and fluids on the roadway, causing a call to hazmat officials and the Inwood Fire Department who worked to clear the roadway.

The roadway reopened around 12:30 p.m., police said.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
